About the Sound healing bath The event is meditation/concert-style in a comfortable space. After the initial introduction all the lights are turned off, and I usually leave 1 lit candle in the room. All to do is to relax and breathe, and you can follow my initial Guided Meditation or go on a journey of your own.
After that the Soundhealing part starts, and it is more of a self-journey. I speak or chant guidance sometimes during the Sound bath, but of course it is up to yourself if you listen and follow it actively.
I always say take what resonates, leave out the rest :)
Towards the end, or at the beginning of the evening we might have some chanting (depending on the energy in the room), and everyone is welcome to join so we can create lovely resonant sounds together! :)
What to know for yourself
Please arrive at least 5-10 min. prior to the start of the Sound bath.
The space is shoe-free, so you'll need to take off your shoes for the Sound bath.
Best to wear comfy clothes, but of course any outfit will do.
Mats and seats are provided. Please bring a blanket if you can (though there are blankets at the site), and a bottle of water.
Please make sure that you keep yourself hydrated at least on the day of the Sound bath and several days after the event as water helps to process the energies of the Sound bath.
At the Sound bath all to do is to relax and breathe, and I will guide the rest :)
