I feel that there has been a lot happening in the ether as we all know and as we all feel it.

We are all going through an upgrade, just like the Guides said in the recent channeling (you can check it out here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7Dn1EpNwnnk)

You might feel the upgrade already, to a higher or lesser degree.
I am definitely feeling it also physically - my sinuses are really clearing these recent days! All the old ideas and patterns, all the thoughts that are not the the most pleasant are coming up for me and yes, I'm having a a clear out basically in my head and also in my house.

Everything is happening all at the same time, the outside world events and things in our own lives, as we know what's inside is outside as well.

I have something I have been doing lately and it's really working for me. So maybe it will work for you too.

I would like to invite all of us, to not listen to any news and to not allow any of the distraction energy, distraction and destruction energy to affect us, because it is sidetracking you from where you are going.

So if you can just now, just for now, listen to yourself.
Ideally just put on some music calming the nervous system, if you really do want to listen to something (that is perfect at this time).
I truly recommend that you calm yourself, calm your body, calm your mind, your emotions as much as you can.
I've been listening to a relax-your-nervous-system kind of music and it's been working wonders.

Thank you for being here with me and I am sending you lots of love, lots of self-strength in that self-connection, connection to your own heart, to your own soul, to your own core.
You already know what you are feeling is the truth.
You already feel in your body, everything that is not true, everything that is false, false messages, false information, even false energy. You can feel that already.
So really trust yourself and trust your heart and all is well.

"What is happening in your reality and on your planet? What is happening?

We are witnessing everything and we are in amazement and we want to congratulate you on how well you are doing, because you are doing well in this moment and we are witnesses to that.

We have never gone anywhere. We have always been here. And you know, you just need to stretch out your hand. You need to ask for our presence. And there we are. And here we are with your permission and with your calling.

And so we are here gathered here together in this moment as we love love love the expansion on this planet and beyond. It is all going according to plan. There is nothing that is out of control. All is well. And all is in divine order. We are. We guarantee that.

We are blessed and so are you. And we do realise that it is not easy to be on the planet right now. And yet you are doing well in this moment. You are breathing, aren't you?

So let us breathe together. You can have a moment of joy, can you not? So let us enjoy together. You can have any moment. In fact, for whatever you choose, it is done. Whatever you choose, it is done. It is done.
If you choose sorrow, then it is done.
If you choose joy, it is done.
If you choose crying. Then it is done.
If you choose playing, it is done.
It is always done. It is always done.

We hope you never had any doubt about this. Whatever you choose is done. So now the question, what do you choose? What do you want? What do you choose to focus on? What do you want to bring into your reality?

We know that this question can only be answered by you. You, the you listening to us to this transmission in this moment and there is nothing that you cannot choose. You can choose anything you like from the whole plethora of things, of vibrations.

What do you want from the shop of existence?

What do you want to shop for?

We are here to remind you that you are doing the shopping and you can choose in any moment. What do you want to put in your basket? What do you want to shop for? You choose in every moment.

If you want to shop for something sour and let us say you do not like sour so much, then why choose it? Why put it in your shopping basket?

What do you want to choose? What do you like? What are your favourite things?

We let you ponder about that and then go shopping for all of those things. that you do like.

We leave you at that.

We are here and we are enjoying with you in every moment no matter what.

We are love.

Hello everyone and welcome to this moment to this channeling. I'm going to just smell the lavender oil that I have here on my palms, for a reset and let us go straight into it. I am just going to surrender and let my guides say in vibration and in words whatever they would like to say today. I hope you enjoy.

Spirit Guides:
An upgrade is what you are all going through right now.

We are here in this moment and we are happy to be in this form in this way with you today in this now. Let's take a deep breath together

and let us explore. Let us dive deep into the self , iinto the core of consciousness.

For this is where all your upgrades are. This is where all of you is.

Right in the heart in the centre of consciousness.

Breathe and feel into that space that we are talking about.

We know you know it.

Breathe and give yourself the space, the time,

the awareness of the space.

Where is it in your body?

Where is the centre of consciousness in YOU?

We are here to help and guide you but only you can enter there.

This is a no man's land. No man other than you.

This space is only for you.

Breathe.

Relax your body,

your shoulders.

your neck.

Allow the breath to go deeper.

We are there with you because we are consciousness.

We are indeed pure energy, the essence of Source.

We are with you when you are born into any physical body and we are with you as you leave any physical body.

And we are blessed to see and feel you.

This is a moment of connection.

Not every moment needs to be filled with words, with noise, with information.
There is plenty of that in the world right now.

Breathe. What we are asking you to do is simply go within.

There is no other way for you to upgrade through your spiritual growth, going on your spiritual journey, path, life, however you wish to call it.
The way is in. It is within. There is nothing outside that can bring you to where you want to go spiritually.

Where your soul wants to go.

where your soul feels to be.

Breathe.

We love to surprise you.
No expectations as you never know what to expect from us.

We are helping and encouraging you, to allow surprises in your world, to allow surprises into your life.
They allow the mind to switch off. They create new pathways including in your brain.
They allow your consciousness to expand, beyond anything imaginable.

Breathe.

All your growth is within.

The outside world is simply showing you what's within you.

So why bother changing the circumstances if they are just a result of what's inside of you already? Go to the source.

Be inside.

You, the core you, the real you is the most important thing.

in this world.

Breathe.

We are one

and we are all within

and within and within

and so it is.
