Ascension
Ascension is raising in our vibration.
Ascension is awakening to our own Truth.
Ascension is awakening to the fact that we create everything outside ourselves through creating within ourselves. Ascension is rising to the Power within which is LOVE , because Love is the most powerful force in the Universe!

Ascension blessings (a.k.a. Ascension symptoms) include:

* seeing sparkles of light, sometimes leaving trails, sometimes just appearing and dissappearing
Do you want to check for yourself? You can look at the sky for some time, in stillness, do you still
see them?
* seeing flashes, sudden images of places, things, people
This is either in meditation or during day activities
* seeing colours, or additional "shadows" around edges of people and objects
* hearing words in your mind, either with your own voice or someone else's
* ringing in the ears
Does the ringing sound change? - that's perception of changes in frequencies
* your heart is warm and "on fire" when you feel right about something/someone and when you're happy and joyful and loving
* feeling things about others which you couldn't know about conventionally
* electric kind of feeling along your spine, like an electric current running along parts or entire spine
* vibrations in all of your body
Do you sometimes feel like you are shaking all over, pulsating as if feeling your blood running through
every vain in your body? Lying down in bed and feeling the bed vibrating?
