I've done the online Sound baths ever since the lockdown times started in March 2020...
They were sign-up only before...
and now they are completely free!!

Each Sound bath is posted on my Youtube channel. Some Sound baths are longer, some shorter, all depending on the guidance in the moment.

And if online just won't do it these days then you're welcome to join one of the Sound baths in Glasgow in person. Real life instruments, including Singing bowls (Tibetan and Crystal) and Guided Meditation in the moment.
