One thing I've learnt over the years...

Spirit never forces us. Guidance is ALWAYS an invitation.

And Remember, Dear Reader... Spirit Guides speak quietly.

What if the guidance you've been asking for has been waiting for a moment of stillness and going within rather than a louder sign?

But at some point you realise... you've been waiting for confidence and perfectionism before taking the next step.

In my experience, confidence usually comes afterwards. And perfectionism can be a NON-PRIORITY WHEN the will to listen and connect to your Spirit Guides is stronger than the need to perfect!

Sometimes we tell ourselves we're too busy.
Sometimes we wonder if we're "spiritual enough."
Sometimes we think we'll do it another time AFTER this and that is done...
​
The beautiful thing is that your Guides don't require perfection.
They simply ask that you show up.​

From my own experience...

I can't tell you the number of times when I would decide:

"Ok, let's connect with the Spirit Guides"

and then I would do some parts of the process and think it wasn't good enough, or that I needed music, which helped me connect the previous time... countless of ideas of external and internal adjustments to make that communication time with my Guides perfect! 

Sometimes I would even endeavour to clean up my entire space as a prerequisite for connecting with them, and often, on those occasions, I would spend the entire day cleaning and getting frustrated that there was so much to do... 

Then, by the time I sat down to connect with my Guides (if I even had time that day!), I was no longer in the same inspired state I had been in that morning.

By the way, I'm not saying to not clean your space or make little adjustments  I'm saying, sometimes just going for it is the best thing to do!!
​
What I've come to understand is that the guidance and messages from Spirit Guides actually HELP your everyday activities and make them easier and more pleasurable, so that all those things you have in your mind that are on your to-do list are somehow getting done with more joy and ease (and sometimes even get DONE FOR YOU by other people).
​
This is how Universe works and the Spirit Guides have a DIRECT clear line to the workings of the Universe!

Connect with them = Get a clearer line to the Universe Yourself!

You, Dear Reader are already receiving guidance. All day every day!

I remember when I started feeling the support of my Spirit Guides.

I have always had this feeling that I'm not alone. Often I would feel like someone is walking behind me or next to me.

Then when I started properly connecting with my Spirit Team, through the exact process, which I'm sharing with you in my new course, I would start recognising signs, messages and symbols from particular Guides at different times or even particular Guides who would communicate with me about specific subjects.

The more I noticed these signs the more I would start trusting them. The more I would adhere to the guidance coming through the more I could see that it is ALWAYS for the best.

The more my logical mind would take over, the less I would listen to the guidance.... and EVERY time I didn't listen... I would say to myself after: "I should have listened! It was clearly the better thing for me..."

I STILL don't listen sometimes, lol!  And what do I say every time that happens? You guessed it... One would think after all these years I would listen...!

However, there is one IMPORTANT point I want to make. I don't listen sometimes, but I TRUST my Spirit Guides fully!!

There are different reasons I might not listen, but my connection with my Guides is impeccable. I TRUST them fully!

When I connect with them and receive guidance I know that it is genuine and it is for my Highest Good.

So here is a little scenario for you to imagine:
You're making a cup of tea or coffee one morning...
and suddenly you're recognising a feeling, maybe one you got many times before... 

except this time...

you TRUST it and you FEEL that it's your Spirit Guides being close.

So you take a moment, go through the process (relatively quickly now, since you've practiced it).

You trust the Spirit Guides' guidance and then you follow it!
You're feeling supported and guided in your life... and your life is improving day by day, you feel happier in yourself and you also see things in a lighter way (literally).​

Needless to say I've spent thousands of pounds (and got into debt as a result...) to explore not only questions that I had about my own life but also general, spiritual questions, figuring out how the Universe works, how energy flows!

One day I was watching one of the TV programmes on one of my go-to spiritual channels and the host psychic was actually sharing bits and pieces about how to find out your Spirit Guide's name (the sparse information was being frequently interrupted with answering live TV client calls and texts).

When I finally found out all of the process that day, I ran to my bedroom and applied the practice immediately, not expecting anything. To my surprise I got both a knowing and a few images and I inferred the name of my Guide! My 1st Spirit Guide I ever connected with consciously!! I was so excited!!

Well, I still didn't know what else to do and got frustrated with the tiny bits of teachings here and there on the psychic channels.

I found a spiritual coach and then a few Youtube channels. I have spent years figuring out the most efficient, clear and direct way for me to connect with my Spirit Guides.

This was done both with the help from my human teachers throughout the years of sessions and also through countless hours of working on that connection with my Guides. At some point even my Spirit Guides were also tweaking things in the connection process...

If you want to shop for something sour and let us say you do not like sour so much, then why choose it? Why put it in your shopping basket?

Hello everyone and welcome to this moment to this channeling. I'm going to just smell the lavender oil that I have here on my palms, for a reset and let us go straight into it. I am just going to surrender and let my guides say in vibration and in words whatever they would like to say today. I hope you enjoy.

Spirit Guides:
An upgrade is what you are all going through right now.

We are here in this moment and we are happy to be in this form in this way with you today in this now. Let's take a deep breath together

and let us explore. Let us dive deep into the self , iinto the core of consciousness.

For this is where all your upgrades are. This is where all of you is.

Right in the heart in the centre of consciousness.

Breathe and feel into that space that we are talking about.

We know you know it.

Breathe and give yourself the space, the time,

the awareness of the space.

Where is it in your body?

Where is the centre of consciousness in YOU?

We are here to help and guide you but only you can enter there.

I have connected to the Pleiadians recently, asking about the subject of manifesting travelling. 

How can we manifest travelling to our dream destination(s) or places we feel drawn to, better, more effortlessly, using the power of Source energy in a more efficient way?

My introduction

Hello. How are you today? So, I'm recording this video the third time. This is just amazing and quite interesting. The first time I recorded this video, this channeling, is when I was in France near or at Mont Saint-Michel.
And the second time was just now, but it turned out that my video was not on recording even though I was pretty sure I pressed it. However, in that channeling (just now), I found out that I will be in France again. They confirmed to me, my Guides, the Pleiadians, that I'll be there again. So, they might not say this, but that was the information for me other than of course the channeling itself.

So, I'm asking this question again to my guides.

Could you please tell us how to travel more effectively?
How to travel to places that we want to go to?
How to travel anywhere we like?

This is my question. And the first time I channelled this information was last year. My video also never recorded then. So, that was like amazing information coming through and right now I'm just simply asking the question again because the first time I channeled I didn't even know about the topic. Right now, well, I did, I obviously did know and the third time hopefully lucky we can ALL find out how to travel anywhere we like, how to do this more effectively, more effortlessly manifesting traveling.

So, please take a moment

and breathe.

And I'm asking the Pleiadians to come forth and speak through me about manifesting to travel anywhere.

Hello dear ones. We are here. We have always been. We have never left.

We have always been around this channel as well as we have been around you. Nothing has changed. And how do we do that? How are we with you and with her? How are we in many places at the same time?

We utilise the power of creation, the power of one source energy, the power of each molecule representing the source energy.

And so we consider each of our individual beings, even though we feel more like one, but we consider each of our individual beings as a collection of molecules, a collection of smaller parts. And we see those smaller parts as mirrors of the entire being. So that each smaller part is in fact an entire being.

Mmmm...
So we can be in many places at the same time because many parts contribute to one being, one individual or a collection of beings. many many molecules, many many parts and each part can be in some other place, can be with a different person, can be in a different time, can be in a different world.

Yes, a different world.

So there is your hint, your advice as to how to travel.
You simply need to think of a place. You simply need to intend to be with a person and there you are because a part of you has already traveled there. And the more intensely you think about something or someone, the more of you is there. That is why it is necessary sometimes to recall your energy back to you because you have left too much of yourself in one place, in one time, with one person, with many people.

Breathe. Expand your lungs and feel the air filling your lungs now. And you know that the air is composed of molecules. And these molecules, these different parts have been in many different places.

The elements comprising the air molecules, the atoms have been in many places in many different times. The energy can't be destroyed. It just transmutes. It travels from place to place, from time to time, from a being to a being and so on.

So as you are breathing the air, you are in fact breathing a collection of molecules that have been in many places in many times with many beings.

Can you understand now that in order to travel to a place, you simply need to invite the molecules of that place, the particles residing there right now to enter into your energy field. And you breathe those molecules in. And the more you focus on that connection, the more of these molecules come forth and the more of them fill up your energy field, your lungs, your body, the more of them become you.

And what happens then? By law of attraction, they are attracting more of who they are. They are that, they are that place, that time, that being. They are attracting. They are like magnets to the other molecules that are in the places, the times where they've been.

You simply use the power of your focus. Maybe images, maybe videos, or maybe just a feeling of a place where you want to go to and you attract in that way. You open a channel, you open a tunnel to the molecules of that place.
the molecules of that time,
the molecules of that person.

It is not about traveling only. It is also about absorbing the energy of anything or anyone that you wish to become.

Can you be more like Mozart? Yes, you can. You simply ask and invite the molecules, the parts of his to enter your energy field. And these molecules can transmit their energy to your molecules.

The environment affects you at all times and the molecules affect each other just like you affect the molecules and you affect the environment.

Breathe. You can become anyone you like. You can become anything you like. You can be anywhere you like. You can be any time you like.

This will become possible on your planet, traveling in time. At some point. You need to still understand some things about energy and consciousness in order to do that physically, in order to do that consciously. But in fact many, all, almost all of you travel in time already and you think this is only your mind and it is not so.

Enjoy manifesting and attracting your travel experiences. Going to places you've always wanted to go. Simply feel that you are there. Connect to the place. Open up the channel for traveling, for the molecules and eventually all of your physical being.

Wow. So, from the three versions, I think this probably was the most direct one. This explanation, this third time lucky recording. And it's not like it was not clear before. It feels as if I kind of had to adjust my vibration in a way to allow them to speak the exact words that they did this time. So, thank you to the Pleiadians.
Thank you to each of you, because you have called this knowing, this information forth and I know that it's not only the words, it's the energy that speaks through these channellings and that you have just absorbed this energy and that you feel it. That you feel it.

Welcome to another channeling. Today we are going to use the life purpose oracle cards to get a theme for this channeling and let's see what the Guides want to say.

Have to turn some of the cards the other way. Anyway, here we are. I'm going to shuffle the cards.

I'm asking for a theme. Okay, I got two cards already, kind of jumped out as that happens all the time.
"Time to decide" is one card. I'm pretty sure that we have had this card before for a channeling, but we'll keep that because it combines with "Creative expression".

"Time to decide", "Creative expression". These two cards are our theme.

Okay, let's go for it. Please, everyone, take a nice deep breath. No expectations, no pressure. Just a nice deep relieving breath.

And I'm asking for the highest guidance to come and speak through me on this topic or topics.


Pleiadians and Other Beings of Light

We are here now and we enjoy these interactions immensely.

We know.

So we are here and gathered. So we can express from our side in words and energy and from your side in energy and words, if you wish, any ideas on the topics given.

What is creative expression anyway? It is simply allowing your soul to express itself. That is what creative expression is. And we encourage you to follow that nudges from your heart, to follow the feeling when you are enticed to do something, to be some way, to go somewhere.

We invite you to try this for a while and see what happens, simply following your heart, your intuitive nudges without any questioning. See what happens.

We love you and we enjoy every moment that we can spend together in this way, but also in all the other ways. And there are infinite ways to spend time together.

That is creative expression because there are infinite ways to express the energy of you, your soul, through your body and through our expression or form, whatever form we are in that time.

It is time for you to allow that creative expression to flow. That expression is in need of an express way, express time at this moment in your reality.

It is priceless. And you will realise this once you transition from this physical body into non-physical. You will realise how precious every moment of expression is or was, looking from the other side.

So allow yourself to be your true self. No more hiding. No more excuses. No more "I have to do this or that and then I can..." No. You do what you feel in the moment and that concerns everyone including the channel.

She is clearly expressing these words and energy in this moment because they are of benefit to her life as well to her reality as well.

Dear ones, there is nothing more important right now on this planet than you expressing your true selves.

Because that true self energy is pure light. It is energy of abundance. It is the energy of peace. It is the energy of alignment. It is the energy of joy. And we encourage you to spread more of that at this time. Your planet greatly needs it right now.

We don't tell you how to express yourself. You are the one in charge. You need to decide and the time is now. We love you very dearly. We love you. We encourage you. We give you courage, if you like, if you don't find it yourself, take it from us.

We love you, bless you and observe the magnificent unfolding of your life.

I feel this message very strongly. I feel the energy of the guides.

And it's so interesting that these days being yourself is so in fashion because obviously we are called to do certain things. People on this planet feel the energy and the trends in anything are there for a reason.
So be yourself, express yourself, be true to yourself, and you don't need to be a painter or you don't need to have some craft that you're doing. You don't need to make bracelets or anything like that.
All to do is for you to express yourself as fully as you can in every moment. This is our biggest job on the planet right now.
