Expanding Consciousness Terms & Conditions
1. Your booking is non-refundable. It can be transferred to another date if you give at least 3 days notice prior to the event.
2. If you cancel the event with less than 3 days notice or no notice your booking is non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. In case of missing the event due to emergency hospitalisation your booking is transferable to another date arranged individually.
4. Participants must arrive on time for the event. No admission 10 minutes after the event start.
5. Expanding Consciousness owner and all employees are not responsible for any harm, damage or accidents at the event premises.
6. It is the attendant's responsibility (or the parent or guardian if the participant is under 18) to inform Expanding Consciousness of any health or medical problems that may affect the session.
