Despite the crazy weather, I hope you are feeling the Spring vibes already!
Spring is a new fresh start for Nature and I hope we can all take inspiration in that.

For me personally, Spring is bringing in freshness for sure. The recent weeks I have found myself being contacted by various communities and schools to perform Sound healing for them.
It has put me on a new fresh path of connecting and healing.

Last week myself and my fiancé Tony held Sound sessions for Primary 1 children at Knowetop Primary School in Motherwell, Scotland 💗

Sound is soo present in all of our lives, including, of course, our youngest ones! Sound can be used in the most effective and healing ways and getting familiar with all sorts of sounds is crucial to our development and awareness of it, from the earliest age!
The recent rise in interest in Sound baths is a result of us becoming aware of the power of sound and how it can shift and change our mood and vibration. We can truly use sound to our greatest benefit and we are just at the beginning of this exploration.

At our school visit, myself and Tony went and sang, made funny noises , played all kinds of healing instruments and the kids even got to play the singing bowls themselves!
One girl (aged between 4.5 and 5.5 as that's Primary 1) even knew that the instruments before them were Singing bowls!!  Wow

What a fantastic experience!! The kids (and the teachers alike) were so amazing!

The Sound sessions came under the Mental Well-being week at the school, organised by their Well-being Champion Gillian and I'm very grateful to her for inviting us!  What a great idea to have these Champions in schools!!

The planet is raising in vibration. It is time!!
