Intuitive Life Coaching / Psychic Development sessions - inspired & inspiring, accelerating your moving forward, informative, friendly, relaxed and loving.
Having had a number of clients over the years I have developed a unique approach, helping to guide you through life in a way that is both practical and spiritual - using energy-based methods and practical methods that will propel you through life with INSPIRATION, PURPOSE and HIGH ENERGY.
Our interaction will be guided by Spirit and will include spiritual & practical advice...
... guiding you in your life, so that you lead a happier, healthier, more balanced life!
Please note this work is always in the Moment, directed by Spirit.
The sessions might include:
- advice on amendments to your life style
- energy and practical exercises to assist you in:
* setting healthy boundaries
* trusting yourself more
* letting go of past events and moving on
* reaching your goals faster
* feeling more energy in life
* feeling more peaceful
* feeling more inspired
* organising your day / activities more efficiently
* improving relationships with people in your life
* healing family dynamics and beliefs perpetuated throughout the Ancestral Lines
* improving your financial situation
* improving the way you feel
* connecting and improving your communication with your Higher Self/ Spirit Guides/ Universe/ God / Source

2. Learning to meditate and work with energy
* various meditation styles

I have helped countless of people in Group classes, 1-to-1 sessions, Retreats and Workshops. In my work I incorporate the wisdom and guidance of my Soul and Spirit Guides of the Highest Light. I have always been very intuitive and "mature for my age". I love to learn and I love to teach. I am also fun-loving. I love to laugh.
