This workshop is for everyone who wants to start on their Meditation journey.
We will have an introduction to Meditation and then we will get into practicing! We will have 5 different types of Meditation, so you can get an idea about what style feels good to you. This will get you started on your Meditation journey - a wonderful adventure inspiring joy, inner peace and connection to yourself. Everyone is welcome, no previous meditation experience required.
