Aims of the RISE Community
Become the BEST version of yourself for you and for the world around you, to flourish and realise your limitless capacity to transform, improve, change and inspire a life that YOU truly want to live.
Through self actualisation and becoming the best version of yourself you will see your life, your world transform. You will feel yourself wake up, you will feel yourself being called to serve humanity in the highest possible way, which benefits you and others.
We will be working together not only in the physical way, speaking, sharing, supporting, but we will also have a collective and personal support from Spirit (Spirit Guides, our own Souls). There is such an abundance of help available to us at this time. This is a perfect opportunity to tap into that Guidance. This will give you a great leverage – walking this Earth guided by Spirit is multi-fold more efficient than just the physical action alone!

This RISE Community is about using the guidance of Spirit and the leverage of the energy that is within all of us, the energy that creates worlds! It is also down to Earth practical!

- Changing how you respond to people around you, affecting a relationship with a friend, family member, partner, co-worker, employee, employer, etc.

How does it work?
The RISE Community is an online community using the Zoom app for the weekly calls. The group can be joined any time and you can leave any time. The RISE Community is here for as long as required, until the work and purpose of this group is complete!

Time: 6.45 – 8.15 p.m. UK time
Each session can be attended live (highly encouraged) or via recording, which will be sent out 2 days after each call.
The recording will be accessible indefinitely (forever yours to watch again), unless Spirit advises otherwise!

RISE Community structure
At each session we will have:
- Introduction with Aga – an explanation of what is happening energetically and what to focus on in the coming days
- Meditation – a lovely relaxing connection you with your Soul / Spirit Guides helping you in your life
- Sharing time with the group (only if you like of course!)– where you are at, your experiences, observations, things to resolve, breakthroughs, things you would like assistance with - one of the biggest powers of this group is the multiplied wisdom and experiences - let us all assist each other!
- Soul Sister / Soul Brother connection for the week – you’ll be sharing more closely in a private group of 2 or 3 people to inspire each other, support each other, cheering each other on! This is also about your steps / actions crystallisation for the week ahead, your focus for the week. You can connect as often as you like, so no need to feel any pressure.
Each meeting structure:
- Group sharing - approx. 25 mins
- Energies / topic of the week - approx. 25 mins
- Meditation - 25-30 mins
- Working with your partner for the week - 10 mins
Total meeting length is up to 1.5 hrs.

Music for Manifesting Workshop
Glasgow, Scotland
They say that God spoke a word and the Universe was created. They say Aum is the sound of Creation. They say ask and it is given.
Do you believe you can create things in your life just by expressing your wishes and desires in words? How about sounds in general? Chants, singing, music?
I have had very tangible manifestations in my life just because I said it, chanted it, sung it with a specific energy in mind. I manifested funds for Peru, that basically fell in my lap, how is that for a manifestation? :)
At the Music for Manifesting workshop I will show you how Sound, Music, Vibration is all One, and how you can use this practically, to manifest things in your life. We will also practice how to clear the obstacles that prevent these manifestations.
I will give you specific examples from my own life when I used this technique and things were manifesting as if out of thin air (Peru is just one example!)
We will also chant together, and I will be available to give each of you your own unique channelled song, as I have trained for lifetimes as a sound healer...
There will be a break with tea/coffee and healthy biscuits available.
