​About the Sound bath

Guided Relaxation and Sound healing bath with beautiful live sounds  of Tibetan Singing Bowls and other healing instruments! 

The Intention Ceremony will help you to focus your energy for the event. After that the Sound bath begins with a Guided Meditation & Relaxation to help put your body and mind at ease and activate your Soul's energy.  The Sound bath is an experience that cannot really be described. You will find out for yourself :)

What to know for yourself

• Please arrive at least 5 min. prior to the start to get settled.
• The space is shoe-free and we'll be sitting down on mats or cushions, so you'll need to take off your shoes for the duration of the event.

• Best to wear comfy clothes, but of course any outfit will do. 

• Please bring a blanket with you if you can (though there are some blankets at the site) and a bottle of water.

• Please make sure that you keep yourself hydrated at least on the day of the event and several days after the event as water helps to process the energetic shifts.
• At the event all to do is to relax and breathe and I will guide the rest :) 

​Location of the event


* North Glasgow, Springburn, Flemington House

The place where the Sound bath is taking place is called Flemington House. The address is Flemington House, ISSAH,  110 Flemington Street, G21 4BF Glasgow.
 
The Google maps app recognises the correct location so just type the address above. Free parking spaces are available in front of the building.

Flemington house is a big red brick building, and as you arrive at the door please press "14" then "Call". There will also be a note with which room to call on the building phone (or check on the list, find "ISSAH"). The Sound bath room is located on the 1st floor, you can take the stairs or one of the elevators. The number of the room (Suite F5) will also be indicated on the building entrance door.
