Yin Yoga, Breathwork (Lisa) and Sound healing Meditation (Sound bath) with Angel cards (Aga).
This wonderful workshop will help you relax, restore and unwind. You will find peace again and re-connect with your heart, body and soul.
No previous meditation or yoga experience required.
