Expanding Consciousness Terms & Conditions - workshop - payment in instalments
1. The 1st instalment holds your space and it is non-refundable.
2. All the instalments must be completed if you attend the workshop.
3. If you cancel the event with more than 5 days notice 50% of the payments you already made will be refunded minus the 1st instalment, which is non-refundable.
4. If you cancel the event with less than 5 days notice or no notice your ticket is non-refundable and non-transferable and you must fulfil all the instalments.
5. In case of missing the event due to emergency hospitalisation your ticket is transferable to a following event of the same type or the value of the ticket can be used towards other events or sessions organised by Expanding Consciousness.
6. Participants must arrive on time for the event. No admission 10 minutes after the event start. In emergency situations please contact Aga using the telephone number below - and upon agreement you will be admitted after this time. If you are late for the event and fail to arrange a late admission the ticket is non-transferable and non-refundable and you must fulfil all the payment instalments.
7. Expanding Consciousness owner and all employees are not responsible for any harm, damage or accidents at the event premises.
8. It is the attendant's responsibility to inform Expanding Consciousness of any health or medical problems that may affect the session.
