About the Meditation & Inspired Discussion Class

What to know for yourself
- Please arrive a few minutes before the class, so we can start on time.
- We'll be sitting on chairs during the discussion; during the meditation you can continue to sit up or you can also lie down - please bring a blanket or mat if you'd like to lie down for the meditation.
- Any outfit will do.
- At the event all to do is to relax and breathe and I will guide the rest :)
Location of the event
* Room 3, Uddingston Community Centre, Bellshill Rd, Uddingston G71 7PA
The Google maps app recognises the correct location so just type the address above. Free parking spaces are available at the car park right next to the Uddingston Community Centre or you can also park on the road.
We are in Room 3, which is to the left as you enter the building. Follow the corridor and the room number will be indicated on the door.
